Cookie Policy

Last updated: 25 July 2026

This policy explains cookies and similar technologies used by Quardlyn.co.uk and related web services. A cookie is a small file stored on a browser or device. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags and device identifiers.

1. Who we are

Quardlyn LTD, company number 16824752, is responsible for the website. Contact: info@quardlyn.co.uk.

2. Categories we use

  • Strictly necessary: security, sessions, authentication, load balancing, fraud prevention, form protection and storage of your consent choice. These are required for requested services and cannot be switched off through the consent tool.
  • Preferences: remember settings such as searches, interface choices, map state or language where applicable.
  • Analytics and performance: help us understand visits, navigation, errors and performance. Google Analytics is enabled only where permitted by your consent choice.
  • Advertising or measurement: measure campaigns or personalise advertising only when such technology is actually configured and you have consented.

3. Google services and maps

Google Maps and Places provide maps, geocoding, nearby places, Street View and location search. Loading or interacting with Google content may allow Google to receive technical information such as IP address, browser data and page context under Google’s terms. Where a Google feature is essential to a map you request, associated processing is needed to provide that feature; separate analytics or advertising storage remains controlled by consent where required.

4. Consent and choices

We do not set non-essential cookies before the required consent. You may accept, reject or customise non-essential categories through Manage Cookies. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it and does not affect earlier lawful processing. Browser controls can also block or delete cookies, but blocking necessary storage may prevent sign-in, saved choices or secure forms from working.

5. Duration

Session cookies expire when the browser session ends. Persistent cookies remain for the period shown in the cookie settings interface or until deleted. We review cookie use regularly and do not retain non-essential identifiers longer than necessary for their stated purpose.

6. Mobile applications

Mobile apps do not necessarily use browser cookies, but may use comparable device storage and Firebase installation identifiers for secure sessions, preferences and notifications. App and device settings control notification permissions.

7. Updates and contact

Cookie names and providers may change as the Services develop. The live consent interface is the most current category-level record. Questions may be sent to info@quardlyn.co.uk.
