Delete your Quardlyn account

Data covered by your request

Subject to any lawful retention requirement, an approved deletion request covers account data associated with your Quardlyn app profile, including:

• Profile details and account identifiers
• Login credentials, sessions and app access tokens
• Saved properties, saved searches and alerts
• App preferences and account-linked activity
• Other personal data linked only to the deleted account

What may be retained

Limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling or enforcing our terms.

• Only the minimum information required for that purpose
• Restricted from ordinary account or personalisation use
• Protected for the applicable retention period
• Backup copies removed through the normal backup lifecycle

What happens next?

1. Open the public support form using the button above.
2. Enter the email used for your Quardlyn account and submit your request.
3. Keep the secure ticket link provided after submission.
4. Our team may ask for limited information to verify account ownership.
5. We will confirm through the secure ticket when processing is complete.
